Everyday English

Everyday English classes help adults to learn English as a new language.

Adults in these classes may already speak or understand basic English but want to increase their confidence in speaking and communicating in English for personal or employment-related reasons.

Our flexible curriculum removes barriers and increases access to opportunities to practice English in safe spaces, which is essential to learning a language. Volunteer tutors help participants grow their vocabulary and increase their confidence in speaking conversational English.

Participants meet with a teacher and volunteers 1-2 times per week. Sessions are free of charge.
