Everyday English

​Everyday English programs help adults to learn English as a new language.

​

Adults in these classes may already speak or understand basic English but want to increase their confidence in speaking and communicating in English for personal or employment-related reasons.

 

Our flexible curriculum removes barriers and increases access to opportunities to practice English in safe spaces, which is essential to learning a language. Volunteer tutors help participants grow their vocabulary and increase their confidence in speaking conversational English. 

 

Participants meet with a teacher and volunteers 1-2 times per week. Sessions are free of charge.

English Class at REACH (Western Mall)

Day: Mondays

Time: 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM

Meets from May 6 to June 24, 2024

Day: Mondays and Wednesdays

Time: 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM

Meets from June 3 to July 31, 2024 (No classes week of July 1)
